Sandcastles at Night is a photography series that aims to highlight the importance of Dark Sky preservation, open space, and the deep connection between the human experience and wild places. The project features unique landscapes captured at night using long exposures to showcase the stunning beauty of the night sky and its connection to the landscape.
Sandcastles at Night is an ongoing project by Isaac Dudley. Isaac was awarded a solo exhibition at Tubac Center of the Arts in 2020, the Artist in Residence position at the Badlands National Park for 2022, and Best First Time Filmmaker at the American Golden Picture International Film Festival in 2023. The first edition of the image “Haven” included in this series is part of the National Park Service collection.
